Hi, I'm Allie, founder of Rhea & Co.

After having my two children over a decade ago, I experienced night sweats that left me wide awake, uncomfortable, and unable to settle back down.

Night after night, I was running on broken sleep but still needing to show up for work, for my family, for everything. When I went searching for women's cooling pyjamas for night sweats, I was surprised to find almost nothing made for women that combined real performance with genuine comfort and style.

So I created it myself, researching fabrics, testing what actually works, and designing something that would support my body through the night.

But Rhea & Co was never just about the fabric. Through years of broken sleep, I realised I had forgotten to protect my rest. And without rest, I wasn't me.

When I finally started prioritising sleep through rest rituals, slowing down and releasing the guilt of doing nothing, I found myself again. More present with my kids. More energetic. More me.

That is what I want for every woman who wears Rhea & Co.

The name behind the brand

Why Rhea?

Rhea was a Greek goddess (Mother of the Gods), representing motherhood, strength and nurturing. But it was her association with ease and flow that truly stayed with me.

So much of midlife can feel like we're constantly pushing through, juggling work, family, relationships and changing hormones that suddenly make sleep something we can no longer take for granted. Rhea & Co was built on the belief that ease isn't weakness. Rest isn't laziness. And slowing down is sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can do.
